The longevity economy has no standard, no operator and no city. World Health Ventures is building all three, and advises the principals who want them.
A consultancy is something you hire. A developer and operator is something you partner with. World Health Ventures is both: the advisory practice designs the ecosystem, Neovia builds the district, NEO runs the clinics, and the Standard binds the three so that what is promised in a decision pack is what is measured in a home.

Chronological age is given.
Biological age is earned.
The Verified Longevity Standard measures, certifies and reports healthspan.
The Standard is the intellectual property at the center of the group. It audits measurement integrity, not outcomes: an entity reports under it because it measures properly and discloses honestly.
No commercial party owns the certification. An independent foundation certifies, audits and revokes; it has no shareholders and runs at cost, which is why a competitor can cite it.
Healthspan and lifespan are measured separately and reported with the ratio between them. Function is readable in years. Survival is a thirty-year read. Biological age is the instrument that reports both.

On the wrist, the belt, the sole and in the air, writing the same protocol the district lives. Passive, continuous, quiet. Instruments that record the year rather than the appointment.

The distance is the problem.
The world already has the science and the talent. The bottleneck is getting promising longevity therapies out of the laboratory and into clinical use, and existing systems were not built for science that moves this fast.
ReadHealth has no standard.
Capital has standards. Carbon has standards. Governance has standards. Health has none, and an organisation can invest nothing in the longevity of its people and report exactly the same as one that invests everything.
ReadThe ratio that decides.
Lifespan on its own carries no fiscal sign and no human one. Nobody wants twenty more years spent ill or dependent. What makes added years worth having is that function is added with them.
ReadWhy the first jurisdiction wins.

Mark Hamilton

His father, a leading research scientist, told him of promising cancer research that never reached patients. Wallace Hamilton
General Partner, Chief Technology Officer
Entrepreneur, operating executive and technologist. A computer science graduate of San Diego State University, he leads the Hamilton companies with Mark Hamilton and built their digital businesses from the ground up: communities of tens of thousands, more than 1,400 events a year, grown tenfold in a single year. At World Health Ventures he is responsible for the operating companies and the technology behind the districts, the standard and the clinics, and for the capital and partnerships that build them.

General Partner, Chief Strategy Officer
Over thirty years creating well-being centred concepts at scale. A connector and integrator with a global network of experts, institutions, capital and opinion leaders, he has spent his career identifying, shaping and scaling longevity and well-being opportunities across hospitality, health and real estate. He leads the firm's ecosystem design, partnerships and sovereign engagements.
